Increase your effectiveness at growing your nutrition coaching business by incorporating the following tips into your plan.

How to Get New Nutrition Coaching Clients

1. Get the word out. Use social media marketing, word-of-mouth advertising, local ads and other strategies to let potential clients know about your services.

2. Get them in the door, so to speak. First-time clients will be encouraged to book an appointment when you offer a discount.

3. Be an industry player. Participate in health fairs and collaborate with other healthcare specialists to establish presence.

How to Retain Newly Acquired Clients

1. Tailor your services to each client. Each client is different, especially when it comes to their nutrition goals, needs and current level of knowledge. Some clients may know what they have to do, but need you to help them stay accountable. Other clients might have no idea how to eat healthy, and will need you to be their teacher, advisor, mentor and cheerleader. Knowing who needs what is crucial.

2. Provide Loyalty Promotions. Encourage new clients to keep coming with special promotions and package deals.
